Portable Cal Spas hot tubs: C.A.I. warrants the spa’s electrical and electronic components, specifically: the control system, pumps and air blowers against malfunction due to defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of five years from the original date of purchase.

EXTENT OF WARRANTY
This limited warranty is only valid on portable hot tubs delivered in the continental United States and Canada. However, it does not apply to special offers and events and extends through the selling dealer to the original purchaser at the original site of installation. This warranty becomes valid at time of purchase and ends either by specified time-frame listed above, owner-transfer, relocation, or installation of any component other than by manufacturer. The Designer series spas are excluded from this warranty.
