5 Years Shell Finish

Cal Spa Connect™ series spas are warranted against blistering, cracking, or delaminating of the interior surface of the spa shell for five years from the original date of delivery.

7 Years Pure Heat™ (Optional)

Cal Spa Connect™ series optional Pure Heat™ heater is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for seven years from the original date of delivery.

3 Years Equipment and Controls

Cal Spa Connect™ series electrical equipment components – specifically limited to the pumps, heater, and control system – are warranted against malfunctions due to defects in workmanship or materials for three years from the original date of delivery.

3 Years Plumbing

Cal Spa Connect™ series spas are warranted against leaks due to defects in workmanship or materials for three years from the original date of delivery.

1 Year Cabinet

Cal Spa Connect™ series spa cabinets are warranted against defects in workmanship or materials for one year from the original date of delivery. Normal wear and weathering of the finish will occur naturally over time and are not defects.
