Air control may be closed or may be partly open. Turn the air control completely to the left or right.
There may also be an obstruction, or possibly the air blower is not working. If turning the air controls left and right several times doesn’t help, try removing the top of the air control and checking for debris inside. (Remove the handle and unscrew the cap.)

Before you make repairs to your spa, check that it’s still under warranty. If it is, and it’s a part that’s covered by the warranty, you should call your spa dealer to schedule service. Some parts are not covered under the warranty, particularly wearable parts such as jet inserts and lights.
