Cal Spas Host & Hostesses will be on hand to assist you with any inquiries you may have. Meet the Charter Buses In front of Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa

Meet in front of the hotel and board one of the four charter buses heading to Cal Spas Headquarters.

Arrive at Cal Spas Headquarters

Upon arrival at Cal Spas Headquarters, all guests will be greeted off their busses for their designated tour groups and meet their guides.

10:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Cal Spas Operations Team - Factory Tour at Cal Spas Headquarters

Take a tour of the Cal Spas manufacturing processes and learn about what goes into making the most recognized hot tub in the industry. For all our guests safety, no photos allowed on factory tour. See the most advanced spa and hot tub manufacturing facility in the United States of America up close and ask our specialists about the Spa manufacturing process.

12:00 – 1:30 PM

Lunch hosted at Cal Spas Headquarters

Lunch will be hosted at Cal Spas Headquarters. Enjoy feasting on The Habit and indulge in The Lime Truck, winner of Food Networks “Great Food Truck Race” as you take in our advanced center of operations and manufacturing facility. Relax and spend some time with the Cal Spas Family!

Cocktails, Dinner and Casino Night at Disney’s Grand Californian - Sequoia Ballroom

Enjoy a dinner like no other that is prepared by the finest culinary masters at Disney. Feast on delicious cuisine as you share laughs and memories with the Cal Spas Family. The evening will include an incredible LIVE band, dancing, hosted cocktail bars and a dynamic 360 photo booth. It will be a night to remember! Dinner dress code is business casual; however feel free to dress to the 007 theme as well!

Marketing & Advertising Presentations, Shoe Size Logic, Floor settings and Special Guest Speakers. Lunch break 11-12pm hosted by Cal Spas in the Sequoia Ballroom.
