Cal Spas are warranted against blistering, cracking, or delaminating of the interior surface of the spa shell up to seven years from the original date of delivery.

7 Years Pure Heat™

Cal Spas Pure Heat™ heater (optional) is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship up to seven years from the original date of delivery.

5 Years Equipment and Controls

Cal Spas electrical equipment components – specifically limited to the pumps, standard heater, and control system – are warranted against malfunctions due to defects in workmanship or materials up to five years from the original date of delivery.

5 Years Plumbing

Cal Spas are warranted against leaks due to defects in workmanship or materials up to five years from the original date of delivery.

5 Years Cabinet

Cal Spas cabinets are warranted against defects in workmanship or materials up to five years from the original date of delivery. Normal wear and weathering of the finish will occur naturally over time and are not defects.
